Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using priorpredict.com or the AI Email Campaign Predictor and AI Customer Churn Predictor (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

Because the Service is available worldwide, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Description of the service

The Service provides two predictive tools: the AI Email Campaign Predictor, which forecasts email campaign performance metrics, and the AI Customer Churn Predictor, which scores customer churn risk. Both tools generate estimates based on statistical and machine learning models — they are decision-support aids, not guarantees of any business outcome.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to: submit accurate information to the extent reasonably possible; use the Service only for lawful purposes; and only submit campaign or customer data that you have the legal right to use and process. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with any obligations you owe to your own customers or data subjects, including under applicable privacy law.

5. Data submitted by users

Any campaign or customer data you submit into the prediction tools remains yours. We process this data solely to generate the requested prediction and, where applicable, to maintain and improve our underlying models, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its site content, logo, product names, design, and underlying software, is the property of Prior Predict or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Output generated by our AI models in response to your inputs is provided for your use in connection with the Service, but the underlying models, methodology, and site content remain our property.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Predictions generated by the Service are estimates based on statistical models and historical data — they are not guarantees of email performance, revenue, customer retention, or any other business outcome. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made using these predictions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prior Predict disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

8. Third-party links & advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or advertiser.

9. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
