Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Prior Predict ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit priorpredict.com or use the AI Email Campaign Predictor and AI Customer Churn Predictor (together, the "Service"). We serve visitors and customers globally, so depending on where you are located, laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) may apply to our processing of your information in addition to this Policy.
2. What information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Form submissions: name, email address, company (optional), subject/reason for contact, and message content when you use our contact form.
- Prediction tool inputs: campaign details (subject lines, body copy, audience size, send timing, historical performance metrics) submitted to the Email Campaign Predictor, and customer account data (usage metrics, support history, contract details) submitted to the Churn Predictor.
- Usage and analytics data: pages visited, time on site, browser and device information, and referring URLs.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies: see Section 5 below.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the Service; generate the predictions you request from our AI tools; respond to contact form submissions; monitor and analyze usage trends; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations. Data you submit into the prediction tools is used solely to generate the requested output and to maintain and improve the underlying models — we do not sell this data.
4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: consent (for optional cookies and marketing communications), contract necessity (to provide the Service you request, such as generating a prediction), and legitimate interest (to maintain site security, analyze usage, and improve the Service), balanced against your rights and interests.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. In particular, this site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Third-party services & data sharing
We share limited data with the following categories of third parties: Google AdSense (advertising), analytics providers (usage measurement), and our hosting infrastructure providers (Vercel for the frontend, Render for the backend), who process data on our behalf to operate the Service. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, as described in Section 7.
7. International data transfers
Because we operate globally and rely on hosting and service providers that may be located outside your country of residence, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries with data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights, by region
EU/EEA & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California, USA (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
India (DPDP Act): you have the right to access and correct your personal data, request erasure, and raise grievances regarding our handling of your data.
Other jurisdictions: you may have additional rights under the law of your local jurisdiction. To exercise any of the rights described in this section, contact us at info@priorpredict.com.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Prediction tool inputs are retained only as long as needed to generate and, where applicable, improve the underlying models.
10. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16, where required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
